K-A UK COMPOUND MAGNET

ALL SIZES ARE NOW AVAILABLE WITH EITHER FLOATING OR HINGED ARMATURE VALVE.

We now have several thousands of the 1/2", 9/16" and 3/4"
Compound Magnets in use in the UK, Europe, Canada and the USA,
and we would like to thank our many customers for their help and
encouragement in introducing this product.

Our design is the traditional format for Compound Magnets but uses
modern, high performance, materials in the form of rigid, Glass Filled
Nylon for the cap and base mouldings, while retaining high quality
brass for the external fittings and natural leather for the
all important valves and diaphragm, ensuring reliability and long
service life.

RECENT IMPROVEMENTS

Recently introduced improvements include:-
Provision of the alternative hinged armature valve.
2 Separate valves on the exhaust port so that movement
can be adjusted independently in either direction.
Stronger, stainless steel, adjuster rod for the exhaust valve.
Ability to releather diaphragm if it should ever be necessary.

Charge type Compound Magnets are now available on request.

As the 1/2" and 9/16" units are physically the same
size and share the same footprint, with the 9/16"
unit conducting a larger volume of air, we are no
longer offering the 1/2" unit as standard and will
substitute the 9/16" unit when 1/2" are ordered,
unless there is a specific requirement for 1/2".
